Here's a thing I thought about. I call it the M&M Paradox.
So, you have an M&M. You drop it into a mud puddle by acccident and now you can't eat it. So you get another M&M to make up for it.
Then you think, "Hmm, but if I had that FIRST M&M, I'd have two!"
So you get another one, okay, now you have two.
"But if I hadn't dropped that FIRST M&M into the mud, I'd have THREE!"
And so on and so on until you have a mountain of M&Ms. But you are never satisfied because you know, "But if I had that first one to make up for it..."

I just saw a teaser for a show where people think "alien astronauts" visited the Mayans because of the Mayan art and sculpture. So my thought was :: if "alien astronauts" did visit the Mayans - who's idea was it to have human sacrifice? Were the Mayans already doing this or did the"alien astronauts" say you know if you go apocalyptic on your population your crops will double. Turns to his shipmate and says oh dam they fell for it, we better get outta here.

I thought a metric ton about how cute platypus are (platypussies?? platypi??? I don't know if there is a plural for it) and how frickin quirky the lil buggers are. the males have lil stingers under their armpits and they lay eggs and they look like a wonky f**kin DUCK and I love them so much
