I’m currently in tenth grade (16) and I have finals in two weeks. How can I get the best scores in subjects like MATH and spanish?

- Start studying as soon as you can, starting in the beginning of the semester. Review your lessons from that day when you get home.
- If you are having trouble understanding anything, ask for help as soon as possible.
- Don't try to cram study the night before.
- Don't take caffeine pills or anything to stay awake.
- Try not to stress out about the grades, or memorize just the words to get the right answer. Expect surprises and trick questions. So make sure you really understand the material for the context.
- Make sure you are well prepared and mind is clear.
- Get a good nights rest, eat a well balanced supper the night before and a good breakfast.
- Treat it like an athlete preparing for the Olympics.
- Stay off your phone after 8pm. There is too much misinformation on the internet that can cloud your mind. Too much rage-bait that can stick in your head and keep you up. It's only for the finals. (Then after you can chill out however you wish.)
- Remember, it's just a test. You got this.
