I find this so cute!

Otters “hold hands” while sleeping to prevent themselves from drifting away from each other.

Foxes are surprisingly complex creatures. Often jokingly said to be dogs running cat software, they have their own language. There are some forty different vocalizations that they are known to make, with each having a meaning that other foxes can recognize. From a simple "what's this" curious sound they'll make, to a "this is mine" series of barks. Studies have also shown that they're progressively self-domesticating themselves, which has caused researchers to believe this is the same process which cats, and dogs used in ancient times.

I know a ton about cats, so I'm just going to dump a bunch of cat facts here:

-The very first feline was called Leman's Dawn Cat, which lived about 25 million years ago, and it was a small cat that lived in Europe and Asia.
-The very first domesticated cat was a species known as Felis Silvestris Lybica, better known as the African Wildcat.
-The Egyptian Mau is thought to be the earliest cat breed, with Japanese Bobtail and Siamese close behind.
-There are over 70 cat breeds.
-Cats have three sets of whiskers on their face, Mystacial (located on either side of the nose), Superciliary (located above the eyebrows), and Mandibular (located on the chin).
-Cats also have one set of whiskers on their legs called Carpal whiskers.
-The center pad on a cat's paw is called the Metacarpal (Metatarsal on back paws) pad, the pads surrounding it are called Digital pads, and that one nubby pad on the cat's front wrists is called the Carpal pad.

According to Greek mythology, frogs exist because some pay Santa refused to give water the th Goddess Latine and her two children: Artemis and Apollo.
Same for spider. The Godess Her was upset that Arachne made a more beautiful embroidery depicting the gads than her so as punishment, she transformed Arachne into a spider, condemning her to “ weave her web” for eternity.

Crested geckos (Correlophus ciliatus) were believed to be extinct until they were re-discovered in 1994 on New Caledonia.

In 30 years, from being unknown, they are now one of the most widely kept reptiles in the world, mainly due to their low maintenance, personality and docile temperament.
