There are!!! Luz from The Owl House is bisexual, and Amity is a Lesbian. Also, Ty and Indy from DuckTales! They’re pretty much background characters, but they’re the (adopted) fathers of two main characters!

How can someone expect LGBT to be all about gay and lesbian people? It's so much more than that

It probably because a lot of people just don’t know. If you see this happening, it’s good to educate them

To me, I think its becuase those are the most common sexualities. Like most people are straight, but the people who are LGBTQ+ mostly are bisexual, lesbian, or gay. (plz dont downvote me for this its just what I think)

Straight is not the basic sexuality. Don't assume someone is straight until they come out.

Exactly! Straight is not the default (as much as it’s funny to call straights “Defaults”).

I would ask them what they prefer when you talk to them, so that you know. They'll tell you if they prefer one over the other or tell you when it changes

For people with she/they pronouns, at least what i prefer and what I've seen with other people is sometimes se she and sometimes use they. for example: She came to the store with me. They bought an iced tea. Hope that helps!

How can you help someone realise that they are asexual, what that means and that it doesn't make a difference to our relationship?

Some asexuals will still have sex, they just don’t find people sexually attractive. They can find people pretty n stuff but like, they’re not sexually attracted to anyone. Some asexuals are also sex-repulsed. It doesn’t make a difference to your relationship— love is love!

Bring up LGBTQIA in a conversation first, but don’t mention that your queer. If they say sh** about this awesome community, no offence, but you need some new friends! If they say they accept it and/or are part of it, that’s a good sign that they’ll accept you. You could write them a letter, text them, whatever feels most comfortable to youz

Tell them about a aro person. A “friend”. If they eww, don’t, you could lose them.

This isn’t a question, more of an opinion. I think we should stop referring to heterosexual people as “straight”. It makes it sound as if LGBTQ+ people are “backwards” or “crooked”.

First, I’m a guy. So I think I’m bisexual but I’m not sure because I would love to be in a relationship with another guy, but I don’t want anything sexual. With girls I do, so does this make me bisexual or just hetero?

Well, how do I say this? LGBTQ is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning. It stays the same even if you add a plus. And if you didn't know, the plus means other, less common sexualities like Asexual, non-binary, and etc. Thats what I think the answer to your question is!

I have a religion that does not support the LGBTQ+ community, but we do love them as people. Some people who don't like me choose to take this wrong and say "I am a homophobia person, which isn't true. I have LGBTQ friends, and they are really nice.

they're really similar, but LGBTQ+ includes things like Asexual/Aromantic, Demisexual/Demiromantic, Polyamorous, Non-Binary, etc etc :/
