The McDonalds ice cream machine isn’t broken like people think, it’s just really hard to clean, because you have to carefully open it up the right way, it takes a LONG time, and nobody getting paid minimum wage wants to waste their time on it. Although, I have never been told the ice cream machine was broken.

Chicken strips are best at Braums. Always check McDonald's burgers, they're sometimes under done. Never get a bean burrito at Taco Belle, unless you REALLY like onions. Wendy's is best because of their wicked roasts, food is mid.
Arby's technically has a secret menu with any items that were removed from the main menu that used to hold a place there (like the turkey and Swiss sandwich, and even the super roast beef). We also do not have any discounts for anyone, including zero military and senior discounts. Minors never last very long at our location and often quit within 1-2 weeks because they either can't do the fast pace, or they don't like who works there, or they cannot get a ride to work. Us minors are also the most reliable workers compared to everyone else at our store and that isn't right because 18+ applicants don't last very long either. AND WE FRY OUR WAGYU BURGERS, NOT GRILL, SO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ORDER BECAUSE MOST OF OUR STUFF IS GREASY. Corporate also keeps drastically changing things and making everything more difficult for closers. We now have to keep lobby open until drive thru closes and that makes it harder to keep up with what is supposed to be done at night. We used to deck scrub the floors almost every night, but now we only have the time(barely) to do it once a week. To keep the floors mostly clean each night, a good sweep and mop is conducted. And during Lint, we have rushes from 12pm-8pm for fish because of the fish sandwich. It. Sucks. So. Bad.
And also, do not order fish at all during Lint, especially on a Friday because we are ready to scream because there are so many orders for it. I come home smelling like fried fish EVERY SINGLE NIGHT I WORK. WE HATE FISH SEASON!
Not a fast food restaurant but I worked at a local UT chain Mo’Bettahs as my first job before making mistakes that got me fired(I don’t want to explain but also I’d rather keep it private) but I have some things to spill.
1. We leave metal dishes to dry on top of each other after we clean them.
2. The dish sanitizers contain class 8 corrosives and I learned that the hard way when my skin on my hands peeled off and then started using dishwashing gloves.
Basically we use chemicals to clean dishes. A lot of them can be harmful.

Fried chicken still tastes good when refrigerated. You can just open the fridge, eat a few popcorn chicken, but it back and eat more later. And it doesn't taste soggy or gross like other kinds of fast food. I think it has to do with the breading insulating the rest of it.

McDonald's freezes everything. We would cook the burgers frozen. Whoever was closing would have to take the eggs out of the freezer for the breakfast rush, then they put the unused thawed eggs right back into the freezer after the rush. Onions were dehydrated, just add water. Cooked Chicken Mcnuggets would sit in the warmer sometimes for days, (they weren't as popular back then)! When I worked there the managers would have you initial the hours you were supposed to work then they would erase or use whiteout and put in extra hours that you technically didn't agree too, but you initialed or signed it so you agreed to it, (this was before cellphones & camera phones). A couple of our managers disappeared suddenly, we found out that they had been fired and arrested for stealing frozen cheese and burgers, among other things!
The Starbucks in targets have to give you a free refill, they just don't advertise it.
