Next to her is a dowel perch, dowel perches are bad for birds but that perch is only for her to step up on and be put in her carrier (although she is now trained to step up on my arm)

There seems to be a definite lack of bird conversations on Bored Panda. Why is that? They're so fascinating- from pigeons, chickens, turkeys, parrots, songbirds, swans, and penguins; they're incredible.
