1. A generous portion of blackened salmon with a huge pile of cheesy grits and a lot of grilled asparagus. I'd have some peach cobbler for dessert after that meal. 2. Grilled chicken from my favorite place to get it, along with their arroz rojo, pinto beans, grilled onion and jalapeno, avocado, and tortillas. I'd have some polvorones (Mexican wedding cookies) for dessert after that meal. 3. I rarely eat red meat but when I do I usually treat myself to a special type of burger that is the signature burger at a local restaurant, so I'd have that, their delicious onion rings, and a cup of their wonderful tortilla soup. I'd have a brownie for dessert after that meal. All of the above would be washed down with iced tea.
