How do I know if I’m asexual?

#1

It’s not simple so I’ll simply compare being asexual to not craving cake. Almost everyone except asexual people crave cake and love it. There’s some asexuals who will have cake but they won’t really enjoy it while others do like eating cake but they don’t crave it. There’s those who will only have it if they have a very close emotional bond with the person who made it. There’s also those who like readin fanfiction of people eating cake or watching others eat it. There can also be those who are disgusted by the idea of cake.

Asexuality is a huge spectrum so it won’t be easy if you want to find a specific label that suits you. There’s a subreddit called r/lgballt which is about lgbt comics but drawn in cute cartoons and I learnt a lot about the community there. You can check that out

Asexuality is typically defined as someone who does not experience sexual attraction. Knowing what asexuality means is one thing, but figuring out how that translates to your own experience is harder. Try thinking about if you truly want sex, or if feelings you have for others ever end up with you want to have sex with them. If you want to talk more about this subject, I'm happy to talk.
