I can't go to a doctor as my mom likely won't take me to one but I have been feeling small sharp pains in my chest, stomach, and hip. It feels like small needles.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated

It is concerning to me that your mom won't take you to the doctor.....
I would hesitate to make any suggestions without having a lot more information about your medical history, which I would not encourage you to share on here. Have you looked at WebMD? It's not the best solution, but it can offer you some ideas.
My mom won't take me because she keeps forgetting, so anything that can be done in a week will take at least two years. I know this because she wont take me to the doctor unless the symptoms are visible ( think sores on hands). As for WebMD, last time i went there i was told i has cancer when i had the flu
I can say im going through similar issues, I probably have asthma but my mom wont get it checked out because she just thinks I need to run more..I am the fastest runner in gym, i run all the time in and outside. i have been having horrible coughing fits the past two weeks and I havent been able to breathe in gym but they think im overreacting....we'll suffer together <3
