Hey Pandas, How To Deal With Rude Coustomers?

I am a small jeweller in a town and I face many rude coustmers here shouting in my shop when they have no knowledge of what they are saying, it is very irritating but I can't ask them to leave or shout on them as I am a small jeweller as people will completely stop coming to my shop but I am very much disturbed by this can anyone help me and provide me some tips?

Try to ignore them and just be professional. Most often people who are the loudest and/or the most obnoxious are just trying to get a reaction. Once they realize they won’t they’ll probably get bored and leave to find a different victim.

I will try it but mine is a small shop and whenever people start shouting about purity of my jewellery which is purest form with government authorised stamp will upset other coustmers in the shop hence making them go

I’m usually very polite and professional, up to a point. I have, on several occasions, stopped engaging and walked away in the middle of a tirade.
