My son and I were treated very rudely while trying to get him help for his mental issues. He is 26 and is autistic, has severe mental illness and a learning disability. He has been expressing thoughts of suicide. Needless to say we left after an exchange of words.

I either disregard it, or have them explain what they mean because I don't understand what they are saying. Or I just get shitty back. Second one works the best, they feel like an idiot
