An ex-coworker

She refused to speak to me because she felt I was beneath her. I never did anything to her and I was on the timid side. She would ignore me when I talked to her or would cut me off and say, "honestly I don't really care". She refused to do any of the cleaning duties which were our jobs. She called them '(my name) jobs'. Would non-stop talk about herself and whatever was going on in her life and refused to talk about anything else. Everyday was 'the (her name) show' which included a 20 minute monologue every morning. She bragged about only flying first class and only dating men that made 6 figures. She also regularly bragged about beating her dog which was both sad and weird. She claimed her dog knew what he was doing so deserved it and would get mad when others would tell her not to do it. She'd be like, "don't tell me what to do with my own dog!". It also should be of note that we worked in a vet's office... I started to stadn up for myself when she would make comments which would backfire as she would turn the tables on me saying I was disrespectful to her. A coworker that was then unaware of the treatment publicly shamed me and told me that what I said was inappropriate. I left that office because of her as I regularly was crying in the bathroom due to her treatment of me. and the fact I felt alone. My work tried to tell me I was making it all up in my head. I was dumbfounded because her behavior was blatantly obvious but I think it was just easier to blame me then actually do something about the problem. She would have made a huge scene and would have been non-compliant had she been confronted. Anyways I heard she quit and I really wish I knew the details. Hopefully she got comupperance for her actions.

My stepdaughter. The world owes her everything. She never liked me because I never played her game.

I refused to make her a cup of tea and politely told her she was 11 and could do it herself.
That was the first of my refusals.
I refused to go to the kitchen when summonsed to help her open a big bottle of coke - she had to actually bring it to me (shock horror.)
I refused to cut her sausages for her - she was 11.

She’s a mother of 2 now and after we spent the weekend looking after one of her children, my husband drives back to her place to take the child back.
Ive had to put my foot down for her to give me an outfit to replace the one the little one is wearing at that point. I had to explain to her that if I didn’t get an outfit back each time, I’d end up without a stitch to put on the child when they’re at mine.
Oh the look she gave me.

The list is endless.
