The Casino is an historic monument built in Art Nouveau style and inaugurated in 1911, for the Black Sea tourists in the period known as “La belle Époque”.
During World War II, the building was transformed in hospital, and during the communist regime was a restaurant where events were organized.
Because of its massive degradation, the Casino was closed for the public and you can admire it only from outside.
It remained just a symbol for Constanta.
So i took photos of it in every season. Here is the result:
