Happiness is the greatest mystery of humankind since love. Everyone seems to have a different idea of what it means to be happy, and what you need in your life to truly feel it. Some people spend most of their lives searching for it, while others are simply glad to be alive.
In 2011, the United Nations introduced a survey called the World Happiness Report, which they have conducted every year since then. It's the first-ever study to use happiness as a measurement of international development, and weighs factors such as GDP per capita, life expectancy, and social freedom in over 155 countries. The 2017 Report, published in February, listed Norway as the world's happiest country.
Here at Bored Panda, we don't exactly have the means to conduct a full international survey, but we did put together some comics about happiness to get your serotonin flowing. Tell us in the comments what makes you happy, and share this with a friend who might need a little boost today.

People see, based on their perception. If you are always looking out for the bad, you will always find negative, when you appreciate and look for the good, you will see positive. Change your perception, change the way you see life.
