Cape Town skateboarder Rayne Luche Moses instigated the grassroots Nebula Skate of Mind initiative to develop skills in underprivileged communities and empower students at schools such as Luzoko Primary in Gugulethu via homework and skate sessions – using donated boards as well as DIY ramps and rails.
