62 Nasty Grandmas Who Can’t Believe They Still Have To March For Women’s Rights
The 2017 Women's March was revolutionary thanks to women of all ages, including these badass grannies.
An estimated 2.9 million protesters took to streets around the world on Saturday, and a lot of grandmas felt it was their duty stand in solidarity with the crowd. They knit hats, made hilarious signs ("This grandma grabs back!"), and raised their middle fingers in the air, sending a clear message to anyone who tries to take their rights away. The events were strikingly similar to the Woman Suffrage Parade in 1913, which would have been recent history for some of these grandmas in their youth.
We previously wrote about the best signs from various Women's Marches around the world, and now we've got even more, brought to you by a few 'nasty' grannies Donald should definitely be afraid of.

I've always thought genital-based insults were so bizarre considering how much we like genitals as a whole.

Those of you responding with disrespect do not understand the scope of the marches. This was a worldwide march of women's voices about their experiences relative to current political issues.

History is a spiral of recurring personalities and events. You are so right! We live long enough to bear witness!

Shut the fuck up, Val. The Republicans started the war on drugs and attacked the wrong place in the Middle East among other things - do we need to list all of the various parties shortcomings throughout history? What's next: "the democrats were the ones who didn't want to end slavery!"? Yes, but that party isn't remotely similar to the current democrats, so it doesn't matter when people are protesting the opposite side NOW!

Coat hangers...wow, that's taking it back. For those of you who don't know... google it. It's what women used to do (among other things) before the medical field caught up. Often harming themselves in the process.
What do you think ?
Salute!!! I am so proud and happy with women fighting for their fundamental rights! But it's sad too when the government neglects it.

They're not fighting for anything. They're just marching around like sheep, because it's fashionable these days.
Now, sonny, don't get offended for my assumptions, but they march for rights that people like you (straight white males) had decided to take away.
Genuinely curious, Is there a reason so many of the hats people are wearing have the 2 points at the top or is this just a new fashion thing I wasn't aware of?
They are called pussy hats, its a jab at the current US president
I was thinking more that those are cat ears and pink for women but can't be 100% sure
It's specifically to signify women's reproductive rights.
Stille20, what about babies' rights?
I wish I could protest for you guys, but I am from Australia. ( T _ T ) full respect for you guys fighting for yourselves!
