It’s easy to break up when you find out that you’re dating a psycho. It’s not as easy when the psycho is your partner’s child from another marriage, though. And the guy who’s confession you’re about to read knows this. At first, the relationship seemed fine, better than fine, actually. But that completely changed when he started taking it to the next level. You see, as much as his girlfriend was into him, her daughter wasn’t. That last comment was my thought. I get tired of people making false accusations, especially when they get the police involved, and there are no charges filed against the people that make false reports. Start punishing these people when it's obvious they are trying to use CPS and the cops for revenge rather than protection.
I think you already can but it's rarely ever obvious/provable to a standard that will get a conviction. People in these sitution have the same problem in court as people that have suffered sexual assault, a lack of evidence that can prove what they're saying is true.

I was beaten up regulary and abused since early childhood (my mother was working nightshifts and didn't know). I was considered "a clumsy kid" due to all the blue and black marks, the twisted and broken bones I had, because I "fell down stairs or ran into doors". When I tried to tell someone, even my mother (I was six and scared) I was told I am wrong and should not talk bad of grown ups. My father was told and threatened to kill me if I ever "snitched" again. When I read about someone WRONGLY accusing, to gain some upper hand or blackmail, it really gets to me. I want to tell them that they make it difficult for victims to speak out and getting help. And to tell them how fortunate they are, to have nice people around them who would never hurt them. I still have misshapen fingers and toes from when they were broken and I did not get medical treatment because doctors/hospitals began to doubt something was wrong. I am so glad, the guy here dodged the bullet.

It's sickening that people lie about being abused. Many people go through hell every day with abuse, and people have the guts to lie and say they are when they really aren't, just for selfish reasons.
The little girl needs to be formally punished. I cannot imagine being accused of something that sensitive, especially nowadays.
With no punishment, they will learn that it gives them power, and they will do it again and again. And get better and better at it, like any criminal.

I remember in high school one of my friends turned up with a black eye one morning. She started crying and told me her father hit her, so I took her to the staff who immediately took her aside and called the proper authorities. While waiting for them to turn up I was left with her for moral support. I noticed her 'bruise' was fading, and told her so. She whips out an eyeshadow pallet, with applicators that had the black and blue colours on them (it was obvious they were used for the original 'bruise'), and proceeds to "fix" it. I was stunned that she accused her own father of this. I quietly mentioned it to another teacher, and they dismissed me to class. She did end up going home early, but I believe the truth was revealed. She turned up the next day without the bruise. I often wonder what that father went through knowing his own daughter did that.

My ex partner accidentally ( as he always took efforts to hit me where it didnt show) punched me in the face again. I enhanced the bruising slightly once only with eyeshadow for a couple of days - only for his benefit to remind him what a monster he was.

Stuff like that is what goes through my mind most of the times people here start a witch hunt about a racist/homophonic/whatever person. People sometimes end up losing their jobs and getting lives ruined by the loud overreaction of people who do NOT know the truth. Don't get me wrong, hitting a child is horrible, racism is awful, sexual advances without consent are absolutely unacceptable, etc, it's just that *because* it's so bad we gotta be more careful with our accusations than "he/she said so, now let's burn the witch!". This guy got incredibly lucky, someone else might not.
Actually, even though I am happy for him, I feel bad for the mom. Just thinking how many relationship the daughter must have ruined for the mom.
I initially thought that, but there's no evidence the mother was punishing her daughter or taking her to therapy to figure it out. The mother was the one who still wanted the accusation reported so I'm not sure how I feel about her.

You'd be surprised how often this happens..... It is an insult for people or kids who really have to go through these ordeals and are not believed.

I had a friend who was a chronic liar. She made all kinds of ridiculous accusations. I'm glad none of those people went to jail. The reason being, her lies were so bazaar and beyond belief. And she would keep changing her story. I had to end this friendship, as I saw her as toxic. She is also a stalker and shoplifter. I was actually with her on some of these occasions. It's scary to think that I could have been arrested. If she knew where I lived, she would be stalking me now. She phone stalked me until I changed my number. These kind of people are scary.
This is bad in so many ways. Especially as this might discredit girls being hit by abusive men.

Three days later he got her to agree to leave...…….and thats where the problem lies folks.... He was falsely accused... proved his inncocence and had cps called on him anyway.... and mother took three days to agree to leave....
He's lucky they didn't take advantage of the squatter laws. Then it would take months and thousands of $ to get them out.

Maybe the kid is responding to the fact that her mother has so many boyfriends and she is not able to handle the merry-go-round? If the child has a history of such accusations, there's obviously a problem. Again, this is a CHILD, not an adult. She needs professional help, not judgment.
The mother is the real issue on this one. Completely enabling the behavior of the kid and everything. Dodged a huge bullet and misery there on that one.

Being a child of separated parents, I was a bit adamant when it comes to sharing my mom with some other guys (I did NOT make false accusations, though. That's wicked af). I just directly tell my mom that I am not comfortable with other males being around. She told me she understands. Looking back to it now, I realized that was pretty stupid. Since my mom told me she wasn't planning on dating guys again from the very beginning anyway because my "safety" was her main priority.

False accusations happen a lot. That's why I don't believe all I hear in the news and media about alleged harassment from 30 years ago. Get proof or shut up.

The punishment for a false accusation should be the same as the actual crime would get. I'd like to slap both the mother and daughter. Hard.
I think it is almost impossible to disprove an allegation or deem it false without witnesses or some concrete proof, particularly when there is no evidence or harm.. Something of this nature between 2 adults will likely go nowhere, but as soon as the alleged victim is a child it will take on a life of its own.

1) This story in no way "proves" that there are way too many false accusations against adults. 2) It's very possible that the child was coached by the mother and that this is an act they pull with all her boyfriends to extort money or favors.
Videotaping... I like the idea. Sure, everybody knows the truth already and this wouldn't change the situation here or in the afterworld. But I like the idea - unfortunately those like me don't have access to it, the evil dudes have millions of hours and it's always easy to make few negative hours out of so much, because nobody videotapes you, while the rest don't care about justice. But I like so much the idea...
I do agree that this child has issues, and (probably) the mother and daughter may need some mental health help; however, there is just something missing from this tale of woe. Can't put my finger on it, but I think the author left parts out?
Somewhere around "it was a great week together" and "the daughter comes to visit" and "I got her to move out". Yep, something is left out.
