Guy Wins This Years ‘Easter April Fools’ By Pranking His Girlfriend And Her Facial Expression Says It All
This year brought the happy coincidence of Easter Sunday falling on April 1st, or April Fool’s Day. So instead of your work colleagues or classmates falling victim to your fiendishly ingenious prank ideas, it was family and significant others’ that were the target this time.
Speedflying Scotsman Chris Erwood got into the spirit of both occasions by presenting his girlfriend Alicia with a perfectly disguised prank-egg. With an impressively well-thought-out and well-executed effort, Chris shows us how, with a handy step-by-step guide, to construct the egg for “the arachnophobic in your life.” Were the April Fools prank long in the planning? “Not long!” Chris told Bored Panda. “I’d joked about doing some funny prank like this a while back, but I wasn’t set on it until the middle of last week.”
Alicia really has a spider phobia, and this prank is a pure evil genius. “I screamed and dropped them all over the table and floor,” she explained. “I know there are some spiders that I’ve probably missed picking up, so it’s only a matter of time before our cats start playing with them and depositing them in the bed.”
“It’s the gift that keeps on giving”
The couple have been together for a little over three years, and clearly love messing with each other a little. According to Alicia, Chris has a track record for good pranks. “Every year I fall for the same spider-themed pranks, I am actually in fear for next April fools day!” She told us. “How do I go about getting a holiday banned?!” She admits that despite it all, she does find it hilarious, and it’s all just good fun.
However, we are sure that revenge is on the cards, and Chris has some mad trouble headed his way. “This is probably the best prank so far, it was definitely one of his more creative pranks,” Alicia told Bored Panda. “I already have a plan to get him back.”
“I’m just biding my time.”

This is Chris Erwood, and you might not assume just from looking at him, but he’s a master prankster
And this is his girlfriend Alicia, who had no idea what Chris had in store for her this Easter
“I bought this egg already in two halves, but you could just cut one open with a hot knife”
“Add chocolates. It reduces the number of spiders you need and it’s a consolation prize”
“Oh look, my bag of 200 plastic spiders arrived!”
“Perfect for the arachnophobic in your life”
“All in all, that’s about 100-120 plastic spiders”
“You’ll need to melt some chocolate to stick the halves together”
“Done! Once this has cooled you can use a sharp knife to shave down the excess”
“Carefully wrapping it in the foil from a donor egg”
“The perfect disguise”
“It worked”
“This photo may one day be evidence in a murder trial when she kills me”
“Happy Easter!”
Here’s how people reacted to the prank

Share on FacebookI thought it was great but with a title of "the winner of April fools and a master pranker" I expected more then an egg filled with plastic spiders.
Oh boy, as an arachnophobic my self, if the trial does come up, I promise to be her lawyer, and then not only get her a non guilty ruling, but also a job promotion to her and her whole family
Oh, come on, they don't even look like real spiders!

I thought it was funny but paybacks are hell. The guys gotta go to sleep sometime.
I'd probably start crying if my boyfriend ever did something like that to me 😂
Few years ago, my nephew made me a Sinterklaas surprise (when you grow up and Sinterklaas is not magic anymore, we wrap our gifts to each other in a surprise package in which you make fun of the receiver). His surprise was a "mosselpan", a special pan in which we cook mussels, because he knows I detest mussels! In it he cooked porridge and filled it with these spiders because I used to have a tarantula. Unfortunately, I got allergic reactions to the tarantula and had to give it away. I had to stick my hand in the porridge with the little spiders to find my present. It was good fun! I think only arachnophobic people cannot appreciate the prank above or the surprise present from my nephew. I still don't know how people can fear spiders. They are very beautiful animals. And so helpful in cleaning up musquitos and flies!
