49 Game Of Thrones Actors Who Looked So Different In Their Youth, Some Of Them Are Barely Recognizable
Now that season 7 of GoT has come to a dramatic end, and we thought it was time to revisit the Game of Thrones cast in their days before they became a part of HBO's most popular series.
It's hard to believe when you watch the show that the popular actors weren't always the conniving, cynical, dour and battle-hardened Game of Thrones characters from Westeros and Essos, but as you can see from these eye-opening pictures, some of your favorite characters were virtually unrecognizable as young actors. From Ser Davos Seaworth and Tyrion Lannister to Thoros of Myr and The Hound, Sandor Clegane, the list of Then and Now should help to satisfy your Game of Thrones cravings while you - and the rest of the world - wait for season 8 to arrive. How many actors when they were young did you recognize? Let us know in the comments below.

What do you think ?

Bored Panda seems to have chosen the ugliest/most unflattering young pics for most of the actors...and they got Ross Mullan's wrong!

Diana Rigg has always been beautiful and a great actress! Shame on her and the others for getting older - it beats being six feet under... I'm tired of these articles showing actors aging, especially people posting photos of Brigitte Bardot. I think that most of us would rather die old than young. Look in the mirror before criticizing others!

Very very well said. Couldn't agree more.

I think the whole point of this post is not about ageing. It's more about the range and diversity of the actors' performances, that they can transform themselves into these different characters over the years.

Ser Davos played "The Onion Knight" when he was younger?! Coincidence? I think not.

This post demonstrates that most people (especially men but also many women) look so much better and definitely more interesting as they get older.

Ageing, it's almost as if it's a new thing nowadays. Wow, people looked different when they were young. WTF?
