To help others, for I was confused as well: "Challan or Chalan is a common Hindi word that has become an Indian English technical word used officially in many professional, especially financial transactions. It usually means an official form or receipt of acknowledgement or other kind of proof document, piece of paperwork, police citation, etc." So I believe in this case OP is fearing a traffic citation/ticket! XD

It is sold in India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries. Gutka is a powder that's chewed and spit out, and it can stain lips, teeth, and tongue with a reddish or orange color. It can also stain sidewalks and walls when people spit it out." So, I'm guessing OP is shocked to find one area of wall that is clean and hasn't been used as a spittoon.
