All my dogs have or have had middle names. Rita Isabel, Baci Cristina, Perla Carolina, Kyra Andreína, Sawyer Alejandro, Oliver Andrés, Logan Arturo, Baco Alberto, Lilia Margarita, María Chiquinquirá. Right now I only have Sawyer (who lives with me) and Rita, Baci and Perla (who live with my parents), the rest have sadly passed away.
