Not true nowadays...as freelancer you still might be bound to a customer's preference. As employee you might have a flexible time-scheme

Also, due to lack of respect of workers' rights, office is not neccessarily fixed. Non-paid after hours are a norm in many companies.

yeah and as a full-time, you have to stay at work even if you have nothing to do :(

This one is so false....you might choose the clients you want to work with, but your hours are pretty much dictated by the client's needs.

Not really - most clients have fixed working hours, so freelancers should be available for them during those hours.
