I Went To America To Walk In The Footsteps Of My Dad, Who Passed Away Before I Was Born

My dad trained at the Rhode Island Naval Academy as part of his training during the Vietnam war. He passed away during service in December 1974.

I was born in March 1975. My mother and I immigrated to Australia where I grew up. All I have of my dad were these old photos taken in 1970 when he was in America.

I wanted to visit all the locations in the photos and stand where he stood, see what he saw and feel what he felt.
