It all began in a pile of sewing thread. There I found the tiniest crochet hook and magic has happened.
First I create miniature textile art pieces. Arrange them into compositions, photograph them and transform them to mosaic patterns.
Color combination is essential in my work. Threads that have interesting stories usually prevail – those from a flea market or a trip, sun bleached cotton, thin vintage silk or leftover neon.
I mastered the craft by pushing myself to use smaller and smaller hooks, thinner and thinner threads.
