Flights Of The Imagination.

Since I could walk I have chased flocks of birds, as a toddler I would run at pigeons, crows and gulls and send them flying off in the air in all directions whilst trying to catch them in my hands. Years later with my camera I am trying to capture the magic that I saw as a little girl, faerie tale magical winged creatures spinning off into the air, always tantalisingly out of reach. Using hand held long exposure photography and intentional camera movement I hope to convey a sense of the wonder I saw as a child. This project is ongoing as I still love chasing birds.
