Did the person who ordered this not realise it wouldn't fit under their door mat?
They probably use always the same text they set as default and don't bother to check twice.
Load More Replies...It wasn't an anvelope to fit better under the doormat... They did as asked.
How the heck was that supposed to fit under the doormat?! Customer wasn't very smart.
I Hate You, Delivery Guy
Bad judgement there... I'm a USPS guy myself, and you gotta think about whether the customer will be able to get it out. Also, don't want the customer accusing you of crushing the contents.
This has happened to me with my full-sized mailbox. Usually the mailman leaves larger packages on my porch, but I bet there was a lazy substitute that day. Took me forever to get that package out and it was squashed to fit in.
That terrible! What if it had something fragile. Mean postman. That's just plain vindictive
Load More Replies...Yes!! This! My mailman had done this to me twice! I had to slowly rip open the boxes and take everything out, then rip out the boxes!
Look Up
Depending on the neighborhood, there is a real chance of your package being stolen here.
Can someone please tell me what the thing with hiding the package is all about? All my deliveries get to the front door and I live in Northern Europe. Is it an American tradition?
In India, they do it one better. They just take it back with them if the owner is not home.
Load More Replies...I Don't Live In A Great A Neighborhood. Thanks, USPS
I've never done this... I wonder if this house had an obviously-well-used back door. A back porch is a good preventive spot.
Trapped
Why didn't they open the door for the delivery guy? Or do they not check if people are home and just always leave package outside? Here they always require signature.
Probably because the driver didn't ring the bell of knock. They did a similar thing to us the other day while we were all home, cars in the driveway.
Load More Replies...Nothing would get delivered if everything requires a signature, driver release in safe location, this is an apartment, not safe, too much foot traffic. Lucky they got package and it didn’t get stolen. Driver is an idiot
You want really silly? You know those modern door handles also open in the opposite direction, Right?
Looks like an apt. They could live on a higher floor
Load More Replies...and how does that matter if you cant press the handle ? , and the key does not also open the lock
Load More Replies...Yeah not all doors twist up dude. Not everyone has the same door.
Load More Replies...If you don't have another exit, you live in an illegal fire trap.
uhh... not all apartments have two doors.... O.o
Load More Replies...I Think FedEx Used My Package In A Murder Before They Delivered It
Somewhere in the basement of a post office there is a blood splatter with a perfect square missing
This is sealing wax marks for sure, it looks like the box lives in the post office for monthes...
Tried To Surprise My Mum For Mother's Day. Put This In The Special Requirements And They Printed It On The Box
And what did you think that they would do with special requirements - pass them along word-of-mouth?
With so many packages to deliver, do you think they're going to carefully read all requests to be sure there's something in the delivery instructions box that has to be remover before sending it?
FedEx Decided To Get Creative On Me
Super Hidden, Thanks FedEx
Must be u had time to put the keys in the door before u noticed it
Now that is clever, I wouldn't have spotted that unless i was looking for it!
What are you all talking about lol all I can see is the blue pot xxxx
Why didn't they just put it inside the house? The keys are right there.
Your Package Has Arrived!
Only explanation I can see is that they were delivering to the house across the street and forgot to put on the parking brake.
UPS Guy Gives No F**ks
So have I, stay in all day waiting for the delivery and this happens, idle bastards cannot be bothered to knock on the door.
Load More Replies...We don't actually know if he knocked or not. As a USPS worker, I've seen my colleagues not even knock, and I have also seen where we'd practically knock the door down, get no response, then get an irate complaint how we didn't try. People lie, both customers and delivery workers.
Postal carriers are required to knock then ring the doorbell. I don't think FEDEX OR UPS are.. unless there is something you have to sign for.
I've encountered this before..knocked until my knuckles bled, then left a notice...later received a message wondering why I didn't knock....they must have been really deaf..
Get a doorbell. He obviously knocked loudly but you didn't hear it. Do you really think he wants to deliver your package multiple times? :/
We are pressed for time delivering almost 400 packages a day in just 7 hours. We will knock and wait for 1 minute. Answer your dang door!
Yea, it’s always the drivers fault. Why carry a package all the way to the door, not knock, fill out a tag and leave just to have to come back the next day. My guess, the idiot left thinking the driver would be coming later or their sitting 5 feet from the door with ear pods in and couldn’t hear if the driver kicked the door in, Jesus Christ, people are stupid! Blame the driver!
This Delivery Dude Must Have Felt So Good After Leaving This Package At My Apartment Building
I work in a warehouse where I select merchandise for stores and build it onto pallets for shipping. All different types of product from produce to canned goods to chemicals, all with different rules. It's the most beneficial real world Tetris application I've ever seen. My pallets are glorious lol

Sorry We Missed You. We Left Your Brand New Converse Under A Plant Pot
Thanks For Getting These To Me Safe And Intact
And let me guess, they claimed that the person didn't package it correctly....
I think the breakable sign is there to let people know it's a fun thing to shake and jump on and arrows always point to the bottom...
Stupid thing to order, no way that makes it even if packaged properly. Would you expect a dozen eggs to make it unbroken? Go buy that c**p at the store and bring it home, stupid!
Got My Mail Today. Well, Shit
Might this be from the Card's against humanity 'B******t' box, when they sent everyone actual b******t?
Might have been a sample sent in for testing to a veterinarian that's the only explanation I can think of
Didn't know you could post order that. What's the website's name ? Deepshit.com ?
There genuinely is a website where you can purchase for your enemies (or prank your friends) different types of animal faeces!

So You Like USPS Destruction?
Honestly, it probably just got "eaten" by the sorter they use to process the mail... I work in a mail room (not for the post office), and it happens periodically :)
Load More Replies...If that is what they call damaged, I would hate to see what they call mutilated.
All they do is say sorry and it's ok... there needs to be a better system

I didn't know Fedex shipped firemen? I'm gonna need a truck to deliver my order too.
We deliver to your doorstep. We didn't say which door! Could be the bedroom door.
My FedEx Guy Is Oddly Specific About His Hiding Places: "In Dirt Hole"
maybe he thought it couldn't be see from the street if it was there?
Load More Replies...Guess you’d rather have it stolen, well hidden and told you were it was, what’s the issue? Thankless job made tougher by idiots complaining about everything, expect a lot from free shipping
Reason For Non-Delivery
OK, but how did the guy leave the note? Did the bear agree only about that?
Maybe he put the note in the mailbox ? So he didn't have to go to the door ?
Load More Replies...It wasn't a pic-a-nic basket was It? ...ive heard that Yogi bear fellow can be a right greedy git!
Uh-oh. Looks like Uncle Larry was walking around without a shirt on again.
FedEx Store Missed A FedEx Package Delivery
Well, they're not open 24/7 and often have only one person inside, so when nature calls...
But they should have some communication about store hours... Will the FedEx need to go pick up the package from another FedEx facility??? 😄😄😄
Load More Replies...Sign on door says back at 5:00pm, hahaha, move on. Be back tomorrow, be open during your posted hours, sit around til 5:00pm, yea right, idiots
Thanks For Another One, USPS
He prob turned 46 and it was from his grandmother.
Load More Replies...I thought all the notes were the same value at first. We have such colourful banknotes in NZ these look very old-fashioned. But that's irrelevant, how the heck does anything get this destroyed in the mail?
how the 'F' did it get shredded...?? what do they do at their facilities..??
At least you can tape them together and they still work, right? :o
Yup as long as the serial number is intact you are good

They Taped A Spider To My FedEx Package
Awe poor thing reminds me of the cucumber and the plastic wrapped worm from a couple weeks ago
I only killed my first spider last summer. It was two millimeters big. I killed it with a pair or kitchen scissors.

FedEx Keeps "Delivering" Packages By Throwing Them Over The Fence
Unlock your gate stupid! Probably lowered over, help us, help you dummy!
Thrown over the fence, hit the bush decorated with Christmas lights. That's just so rude.
UPS "Delivered" A Package To My House By Putting It In The Garbage Can At The End Of My Driveway
My post guy did this, too. It was such a big package that it still look out of the can. And it was so heavy, I hardly got it out of it
The Mailman Delivers Things In The Back Of The Mailbox Through A Large Locking Door. I Have A Smaller Door In Front Than The Box. Now What?
Cut the side off of the box, remove contents, tear box out. Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.
I hope your able to cut open the box take out the package and crumple the box
Had that happen several times, then had to wait for mailman to come and get it out
I'm guessing you stood there and waited until another delivery man came along to open the back? Or just use your common sense and cut the box open and remove your item(s)?
Fits Perfectly In
Wooo It Fits! Thanks, USPS
Too damn underpaid and under damn time pressure, too
Load More Replies...I didn't see that this was a photoshop covering of the address at first, so it's possible that the carrier, probably a sub, left it... However times are changing and many companies WANT packages LEFT / delivered rather than returned to the post office undelivered.. Thus the ' CARRIER RELEASE ' notices on the packages. As a career carrier tho,, I would have left it at their door, not like that...
UHM THE PHOTOSHOP I MEAN MARKER IS COVERING THE MAILBOX TOO
Load More Replies...When I Called The Service Person Said "I Can See Where The Weight Was Changed From 3 lbs To 0 lbs At The Distribution Center". Why Even Deliver It?
I actually have an answer for this--my brother worked for UPS, and he said they frequently weigh packages several times to accommodate for a) customers over/under weighing their parcels, and b) customer service specialists not checking. So, it's entirely possible what was being shipped was something very light (e.g. a collectible baseball card) and just entered a random number, and later it was re-weighed and the data updated to '0' to reflect that it was under a pound. Now, the fact that no one bothered to see the giant gaping tear in the envelope is a different matter entirely.
Load More Replies...FedEx Shipped Our Parents Christmas Present
Not exactly. The receiver has the choice on either a refund or replacement from the retailer. The retailer files a claim with the carrier to be reimbursed of the item cost.

I once got a piece of a front of an envelope w/just our address but nothing else.
This Way Up, Fragile
Question: How Do I Get Into My Apartment? (Every Box Heavy As Hell. I'm A 5'5" Female)
A good idea is to plan ahead - check the expected size of the products you are about to buy before buying them - that way you can specify to your carrier exactly how and when you will want it delivered. The surprise alternative is as big a frustration to the carrier(delivery man) as it is for you.
I think the pictures in this article prove how well communication and requests regarding delivery work.
Load More Replies...Oh i had this happen to me before. I live on the 2nd floor and they left 4 huge package 20lbs each starting from floor 1 to floor 2. ;(
! I'm a 5'5 female and I have to deliver it. So you should be able to handle it as well.
Stop ordering so much s**t, you live in a an apt. Guess you’d rather go get it from the managers office, your still a 5’5 female, carry that c**p even further, dummy, b***h if you don’t get I bet, maybe the driver should just wait for you to come home, help you put all the c**p together then haul away the cardboard, expect a lot with free shipping, ingrate! Stupid person!
Just As Well They Left Me A Note.
Yep, perfect delivery, hidden from view and communication with customer, what’s the issue, it’s not raining. Do your prefer it getting stolen? Dummy, try doing this job, ingrate.
The Usps Driver Had A Thing For Elle. Not Once Did I Get A Complete Magazine While Living There
Unfortunately your magazine was most likely always at the top of the strapped stack of magazines. They almost always get damaged...
Interesting how all of the images of a delivery truck in a building feature FedEx, at least at the time of this comment. I wonder if UPS and USPS are similarly destructive or if FedEx is just the worst of the bunch.
I don't know about everywhere else but at my house usps will always ring the bell and place the package carefully. UPS rings the bell at least half the time and always places the package carefully. Fed ex throws them and runs. I figure they must be horrid to work for heh.
Load More Replies...I got a box of GIANT box chocolates for party favors and it said 'lindt' on the front. We were all home and the delivery man hid the box behind the garage instead of putting it on the front step. I LIVE IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. CHOCOLATE MELTED. THANKS UPS. a******s.
I'm really surprised how bad the delivery services are. I live in Eastern Europe, the frowned upon area :D but it seems our delivery is far superior. I don't know of any delivery service in the country that delivers items and just leaves them there ( only exception is actual mail that goes in the mail box). Anything else you either go pick it up ( national mail service) or it gets delivered to you in person. Usually you leave a phone number and they always contact you a bit in advance and if you can't get home or something you can change the delivery address. Also if you get delivered items you bought they have to let you look inside the box to check the integrity of the item. Maybe more people should sue so they stop doing this.
This is why I'll just get it myself the time it takes to get there and get it is much less then the fight with them when they break it.. and the people who lost whole houses... are you kidding
I don’t get how people are this dumb. Some of them are funny and creative though.
Even in Japan, overseas delivery sucks because it goes into customs torn all to hell and they offer to rebox it for you. XD
