Dramatic Fairy Sculptures Dancing With Dandelions By Robin Wight
353Kviews
Robin Wight, a UK-based sculptor that works primarily with stainless steel wire, has mastered the creation of enchanting and dynamic fairy sculptures that seem to dance in or struggle against the wind.
Wight is very open about the process behind his beautiful fairy creations, describing it in great detail. They involve the creation of a robust steel skeleton that is then wrapped in progressively smaller gauges of wire – the thickest forms the skeleton, the next thickest forms the muscles and body mass, and the finest wraps these muscles to form the skin. As his signature, Wight also buries a stone “heart” at each fairy’s core, sometimes engraving these hearts with messages. A number of them are on display at the Trentham Gardens, but he also creates fairies for private clients.

beautiful, it's too bad that Scammers are using pictures of Robin's sculptures on FB advertising for $67 to only $100 something... I know that is way too cheap for one his Robin's sculptures! they even advertise with all $ back guarantee & paypal etc ! Don't be scammed & alert anyone who says they found these. I googled the reply name/emails for questions & they don't exist for this product... Buyer Beware
these are very beautiful, wish I had seen this earlier, but unfortunately I fell victim to the scam. I'm sure I will never see the money back for this mistake. But I do hope others do!! Definitely a scam!! the article I received was a felt cutout and plastic. My bad should of known better. Please be aware!
I fell for it also, on a Anazon site. However, I did get my $$ back.
I agree one hundred percent. I have noticed that China, in particular, is scamming. I ordered the wave vase at 12" and they sent a 4" vase. I will never order from FB ads again. Caveat Emptor.
Where can I find the real sculptures for sale, all I'm finding are the fake ones
Terrible product!
