15. Fast means to move quickly or to stay put (to make a rope fast), so in my mind is also a perfectly valid answer. Most of the rest were beyond my caring of the English language.

The opposite of 'move quickly' is 'move slowly', not 'stay put', so 'fast' is not a contranym. In your 'rope' example, 'fast' means 'securely fastened', so again is not the opposite of moving quickly. EDIT: The irony of being downvoted for explaining an error in language - in a post about the correct use of language 🙄

There are many books mentioned which I have never read. Perhaps I should have studied English instead of engineering.

I'm an English teacher but in South Africa we don't really read those "great American novels" so that lowered my score. Ask proper grammar questions next time.

I do not enjoy these quizzes. I much prefer the regular content, especially the funny and interesting ones. I don't want to work this hard to be uplifted, if that, by quizzes. Thanks.
