A good boss is not only the douche who steals your achievements. They’re also there to pick you up when you’re down. Reddit user Sardorim, however, didn’t have a good boss. The douche managing them even threatened to fire them for “doing a poor job.”

    Shame that the harder you work the more they take you for granted. They often dont realise how much you actually do until suddly you're not there

    Maintanance of any kind is the kind of job no body notices or appreciates as long as it's done correctly and things run smoothly. But only an idiot thinks there's no need for it.
