Grown Man Tries To Shame Mom For Breastfeeding In Public, Regrets It Immediately
It doesn’t matter how old a child is, their parents always have the right and the duty to call out their stupid sh*t. When photographer Tanja Krstic Radusinovic was breastfeeding her 9-month-old son at a pool, a man – who appeared to be in his 40s – approached her. Despite the fact that she was feeding her little one under a towel, he said Tanja shouldn’t be doing it there, in public. Luckily, his mother overheard the conversation and decided to step in.
“This was at one of the hotels/resorts in Las Vegas, NV,” Radusinovic told Bored Panda. And it wasn’t the first time when someone attempted to forbid her from the motherly duty. “Too many moms have been shamed for breastfeeding.”
Her initial reaction was confusion. “It’s normal. I can’t believe that grown-up men – and women – would be offended by a baby eating.”
Tanja said the woman was in her 70s, small and skinny. But don’t be fooled by her innocent looks; the savage lady still knows how to school her boy in a way he will never forget. Scroll down to read how Radusinovic remembers the story and let us know what you think about it in the comments.

So, here's a twist. I was too anaemic to breast feed my first born..you need blood to make milk and I'd lost a lot having him. And guess what? You get hated for bottle feeding too! I had other mothers telling me I was a bad mother for bottle feeding my baby. Then I had another baby and I did breast feed him and I got a different demographic of Kevins telling me I shouldn't breast feed him in public. I came to the conclusion some asshats just really like having a reason to tell someone else they are wrong.
Oh yeah, I'm definitely not a mother, but I've met enough to know that when you have a baby it suddenly becomes EVERYONE'S BUSINESS for way too many people.
My daughter couldn't breastfeed. I breastfed her and her brother. I looked my baby girl in the eye and said "the important thing is that the baby is fed, and is healthy. The HOW of her being fed is not so important."
I can tell you that's just what she needed to hear.
Society is so stupid. What should we do? Let them starve? Well. I guess we should just start giving a f*ck about other peoples opinions.
Isn't there a saying "whatever you do, you're doing it wrong"? Anyhow ... as long as you feed your kid you're good in my book :)
I am so sorry people reacted to your not being physically able to feed you kid like that!
Thank you. At the time it was crushing...now he's older, gorgeous, smart and healthy I feel less concerned about their opinions.
I can't think of a single reason why one would be offended or disagree with breastfeeding. It must surely be the most natural event in human history for a mother to breastfeed her baby. Some people are such daft plums.
Like, seriously! WTF do people think breasts are for anyway?! Their whole purpose is to feed babies! Just because men decided that they were 'sexy', we have to deal with this BS. Geez. (Not a mom, will never be a mom, but I will defend to the death another woman's right to feed their baby in the way nature intended.)
I kind of think that last poster was right; that a lot of people (not necessarily men though but all people) tend to sexualize breasts. I don't think we can lump just men into this category.
its not only human
Well, he did say mammary glands and not 'human breasts'. I bet Kevin wouldn't object to a cat suckling her kittens, so why do it to a woman? I'd bet not all babies even take to using a bottle and have to breastfeed (the opposite is certainly true, anyway). Kevin might be an idiot but it's not his mum's fault. His mum's awesome!
just to clarify, english isnt my 1st language, the picture was misleading, she was at the pool or in? if she was in the pool which is a publick pool of a hotel i would have some problems with mostly hygiene of body fluids in publick areas. But if she was just sunbathing next then Kevin is probably an asshole.

Peeing and picking your nose is natural too. I don't want to see it in public. There is nothing wrong with going into a private room to pull your tits out.
kevin sounds like a fuckin idiot.
Unfortunately, there are too many men like him... Scratch that, I meant to say immature manboys.
there are, I've even experienced women who share this opinion, which shocked me more than I thought it would.
stellermatt: yes! I will never understand why women have an issue with breastfeeding. And thats not only in public! Maybe insecurities...
Women too! Women can be so critical of each other when we need to be supportive. Can't feed, want to feed, feed in public, never feed in public, feed til age two, pump and bottle...why so much judgement when moms are all struggling to do the same thing.
Like immature manboy Trump, who thinks women need punishment for having abortions...
I had a man try to shame me while I was BF my son in a restaurant. Both my son and I were covered and sitting in a back booth facing away from the main dining area but it was in the same corner as the restrooms. A man came past the booth and almost lost his eyeballs as he walked by. As he came out of the restroom he stood and shook his head at me. I just glared back and he walked away. My MIL who never BF, because per her that was something that only low class women did, tried to shame me into quiting when she asked when I was going to give up that nonsense (BF). She fed her kids formula and her kids (my husband and his sister) were both sickly kids with allergies and no resistance to illness.
