I painted this egg for the annual Ukrainian Easter Egg Festival. It is called “Birds’ Universe”. It took me 20 days to complete it, its height is 35″ (90 cm), diameter – 24″ (60 cm). I painted 15 love birds “saying” quotes from various famous Ukrainian poems. And also there are different words written around the painting, like “love”, “tenderness”, “forgiveness” – so that anyone could find something he needs on that Easter egg.
