We are DROP-A-PIN, husband and wife duo and also, an architect and a graphic designer.
For the past five years we have been traveling around the world, documenting buildings we’ve loved. About a year ago we were looking for a pin of a building we liked, and when we couldn’t find one, we decided to join forces and create it ourselves.
This is how our project was born. We found our way into the world of enamel pins and created a collectible item that is both a fashion statement and a way to highlight the content world that interests us.
Buildings should not only decorate the city, but also our bags, clothes, and hats :).
We have begun the process of identifying iconic buildings around the world – some of them are cornerstones in the architecture world, and some of them of no particular historical significance.
We designed all the buildings in an abstract and minimalist way and started uploading the results to a dedicated Instagram account that we opened for the project.
We are currently launching a crowdfunding campaign to make the pins a reality.
