Woman Finds A Wet Dog With Something Weird Tied Around His Neck, Starts Crying When She Realizes What It Is

Last Friday, Audra Petraškienė’s ride through a small Lithuanian town was disrupted by a shocking sight. Audra noticed a shivering dog drenched in water. The compassionate woman decided to stop her car to check whether the puppy was alright, but after taking a closer look she noticed a large metal anchor tied around the poor puppy’s neck.
Audra immediately realized that someone had attempted to take the life of this beautiful dog. “I was shocked. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry” she told Bored Panda. “I realized I have to do something immediately,” Audra said. The kindhearted woman took the dog home, cleaned him up and took him to a vet and luckily, the poor puppy appeared to be in good health. “He looked like a kind and helpless dog” she lovingly described him.
Audra decided to inform the police about the incident, and she also posted about the dog on Facebook hoping to find out more about what could’ve have happened to the scared and abandoned pup.
Her post went viral, and it didn’t take long for the owner of the dog to show up and try to claim it. “The owner seemed like a good person. I am sure that he loves the dog” the woman said. However, it remains unclear who did this to the dog, and whether the owner could’ve done anything to prevent it. Audra decided to leave the dog at an animal shelter until the situation is resolved.

She took the poor puppy home and posted about this horrific drowning attempt on Facebook

There was this video on yt where some kids put gasoline on a pup and then s et it on fire. I wanted to set the kids on fire then. :(
I want those kids to catch on fire in a freak accident. I want them to suffer 3rd degree burns, have no skin left, no face, just a slit where the mouth used to be that is fed with purée and an eye dropper. But not die. I want them to live in pain, with no way of communication, thinking about how horrible it is to burn, until they are approved for euthanasia.

Personally I'd prefer the person come to truly understand what they did and learn from the experience and go on to help others not make the same mistake. You'd rather them die an agonizing death, yet you think you have the high moral ground here.

Actually, it's more pleasant ways of death. I mean ya u thrash around at first. But then the oxygen gets cut off. And it all becomes very pleasant. Like slowly drifting off to sleep and then u let go. it's kind of a nice way to go, I mean if you wanna go.
So sad, but I'm happy this dog defied all odds. Hope the person somehow gets caught. The best outcome would be them getting water boarded in prison a little, but that would be too much mercy.
just drown them, that'll solve our hatred with the culprit.
I believe that hate and violence just breeds more hate but in some cases I feel like it's the only way to make these sick ***** understand.
Drowning isn't necessary, although it would be more than fair. Animal cruelty is a crime against decency and I do hope whoever tried to do this gets what is coming to him, or her, in the most painful drawn out way possible.
So sad that people treat dogs like this :(
