Dogs do some of their own grooming but every once in a while they need a little help. Yoriko Hamachiyo, however, has taken it a step further. She has had a pet salon called Yorikokoro for 6 years, and has mastered the craft of transforming adorable pups into perfect fluff balls.

She got into this when she took her own dog to a grooming establishment. “The salon gave me the opportunity to work and learn grooming skills,” Hamachiyo told Bored Panda. “I studied during child care and became a groomer.” Now, Yoriko is perfectly able to offer bathing (a basic bath), grooming (trim), and a luxury spa treatment to other K9s herself. She works mainly with small dogs, spending about two hours with a client. “I am praying for a happy life [for both] the owner and the dog.”

We’ve collected some before-and-after pictures of Yoriko’s four-legged clients and it’s hard to believe they show the same dogs. Sometimes, the groomer spices up their photoshoots with a few accessories, too. Bow ties seem to be her favorite! Scroll down to check out the pawesome makeovers she gave to the lovely pooches.
