DIY Solar Eclipse dog cookies! The 2017 Solar Eclipse is happening and it’s all people are talking about! We thought it would be fun to replicate the solar eclipse using dog treats! Remember you guys, if you are going to watch the eclipse, please do not look directly at the sun!
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 eggs
Food Coloring
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The ingredients list above will need to be created twice. Once for the black dough, and once for the yellow.
Mix together coconut oil, honey, eggs, and food coloring (black for one dough, yellow for the other). Slowly mix in both flours and stir. Once dough starts to clump, continue to mix with your hands.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles. You will need at least 9 of each color circles. You will also need 1 long strip of the yellow dough as well. Refer to the video to see how you need to cut the cookies!
Create your DIY Solar Eclipse pattern with your cookies! And then, give them to your dogs to enjoy!
