David Harbour is at it again. We posted recently about his awesome gesture of responding to a fan who asked him to be in her senior year photos, and now it seems to have given people ideas!

Clearly not learning from his previous experience of betting for retweets on Twitter, (although we think he actually knows exactly what he is doing and just loves meeting his fans) David tried to raise the bar this time. Last time he agreed to 25K retweets to meet the challenge, which was met in no time whatsoever.

Now, when Ericka Millholland shot out a tweet to him saying “What would it take to get @DavidKHarbour to be the Officiant at my wedding in September?!” he came back with a much higher figure, as well as some tongue-in-cheek demands as part of the deal.

“125k retweets,” he wrote. “Provided date works with s3 shooting schedule, I will get ordained and perform ceremony.  I get to read an esteemed love letter of my choosing, and after the cake is officially cut, I get the very first piece.”

Predictably, despite the higher figure, 125K retweets were again reached in no time. “Dammit. Not even 24hours. You’re kidding me. @ErickaElizabth DM me please to get the ball rolling. I’m making it seriously hard next time, internet, this is not over between us…” David said after the challenge was met. And so Ericka, 23, and her fiance Daniel Rockwood, 27, will be married in September, with the ceremony performed by Jim Hopper himself. Amazing right?

While he may be shocked by the way his challenges are getting so easily met, it’s hardly surprising considering the huge popularity the charming and affable David has gotten since starring on Stranger Things. His interactions with fans and general nice-guy persona have made him a huge hit on the internet, and we are sure this isn’t the last time this is gonna happen. What’s he going to do next? DJ at your birthday for 500K retweets? Deliver a baby for a million? Who knows, but we are looking forward to it! Over to you, Dave.
