A little over a year ago I started drawing comics to help with my depression. Some dark humor poking fun at my own struggles to remind myself to smile, or just stupid jokes that make me laugh. I never really expected them to resonate with other people, but since I've started the support has been a great reminder that I'm not alone in my problems. My sense of humor has always been my first line of defense, and maybe it can help some other people too.
So here's James of No Trades, making my way through life one bad joke at a time. Hopefully I can bring a smile to you as well!

Ikr. It's like, "Oh hey, you're just making some toast, lemme just make you freak out and think something's on fire then you'll have to climb up onto a chair to silence my annoying beeping." Like no let me make some toast please and thank you.

Every time something DOES catch on fire in the kitchen, our alarm doesn't go off, but when someone's cooking....
I had to make an important call today and it literally took me the whole weekend to prepare for it :P I'm really happy I'm not the only one with intense anxiety about the phone
Chores, pets if you have them, debts, deadlines... pretty accurate, except the responsibilities bag needs to be bigger

Depression is a terrible thing, to be depressed about self worth is awful but these are Brilliant

I think they are great and also help us to understand the mind of someone with depression. Keep up the great work and do NOT give up on yourself. You have already proven that you have a wonderful gift to share with the world.
