Ooooo! No! Bad idea! It's always good to have a bartender to act as a barrier between the person and the alcohol. Over a decade ago, when I still drank, I went to a Greek night in Corfu where each person was given a jug to fill with wine from the barrels outside. There was no limit to how many times you could fill up. I think I'm still drunk!
