This is just absolutely incredible and amazing, not to mention AWESOME! This is an incredible story with an incredible outcome! It's wonderful to know that there are people out there willing to get someone's family member back home! How did they find out it was their's, microchipped, Before the first person/volunteer could legally take the dog?! Well at least he's back home in what looks like pretty good shape!

Dogs are considered property, so I would hope they at least charged him with theft. Depends on the owner, though. If she refused to press charges , the SOB went free.

Looks like winter wonderland. I only heard of Zakopane while watching winter sports taking place there. This would another reason to visit (even though I don't have kids)
