27 Years Ago A Woman Contacted The Tribe That Killed John Chau, And Her Encounter Was Completely Different

Why can't we just leave them alone? Without curiously exploring them? Bringing our bacteria, our way of living, our religion, whatever. Disturbing their isolation. Eventually bringing the wish for "better" or just other life to them. There are various examples of our influence on old tribes which did not end well. I fear the lately death of the unfortunate missionary will increase the attempt of various "adventurers" trying to get on this island on their own, just for a bit of fame. Please. Leave. Them. Alone.

One Family Decides They Can't Take Care Of Their Dog, Drops Him Off At Shelter With Toys And Bed

Must absolutely be one of the hardest decisions to make - akin to giving a child up for adoption because you are unable to give it the care it needs and deserves. Too many people maybe hold onto animals because they cannot bear to part with them, but the animal suffers from isolation and imprisonment (home alone most of the day and no excercise) and sadly often neglect. Never judge someone giving up a healthy animal to a shelter for adoption and a better life than they can provide due to circumstances. Only judge those who just abandon their animals or keep them in pitiful conditions, neglected, miserable and uncared for.

I'm from Kenya but not from the same tribe but majority of the Masai tribes that you saw in the different pictures do actually live and dress like that on a daily basis. There is very few, usually the younger generation that move to the city and try living a modern life and wearing westernized clothing. They're probably one of the very few tribes that remain indigenous in the entire country and continent.
