And you think pointing out to people who have a health problem (mental or physical) that they are not the right size is the right thing to do? Clearly, yelling at someone's face that they don't meet the standards and that they have to work out / eat more is the way to go to fix everything? Maybe some bodies are not the healthiest, and some people may have issues of their own, but that does not give you or anyone else the right to criticize them in that manner. Many people with extreme weight issues suffer and being accepting and positive is a big step in the right direction. Stop judging and try to be more empathetic and positive.
