Honestly, yes, is everybody's choice. I have also days when I am not shaving or something...but, I am not doing it for anyone else, but me. I am lucky that I don't have that much hair, but let's be honest here, and cut the c**p. If we are related to monkeys, we don't have to keep looking like them, right? And I think that we can call it progress. Do we let our mustache grow too? No, I don't think so. But why not, since we feel soooo goood with our hair. So, let's not be lazy, and shave that monkey body.

So she was a yo-yo dieter who lost and put on lots of weight at a time. This is not the safe and healthy way to obtain improved health and weight. She got the sleeve because she was unable to maintain the tiny figure she desired. This suggests that she hasn't conquered her demons which would allow her to maintain good health, therefore, it could be a gamble, whether the sleeve will have lasting impact. (I am making assumptions here, based on the fact that many people comfort-eat to ease emotional problems for example, However I recognise that there are a plethora of reasons that lead to weight gain, I myself put on weight due to powerful medication and thyroid issues..) I just have concerns for her health and wellbeing, and anyone that sees this as a quick fix, I am happy that she is doing well right now though, good luck to her.
