I've done that before. It did not help that I first spotted the "man" in my room in the middle of sleep paralysis. After calming down (and focusing on moving my pinkie to break out of it) I thought that it was due to the sleep paralysis, but no. Apparently yesterday's me decided that it was not enough to have near daily sleep paralysis and that I had to give myself additional jumpscares
