Had an awful experience at a fish and chip restaurant in Beauty Point, TAS. Left a review (which was actually nowhere near as harsh as it should’ve been as the owner’s partner verbally abused my kids), and the owner had an appalling response. I scanned through some of the other reviews, and holy hell mine was tame in comparison! And the owner’s replies are crazy. These people should not be in the service or food industries.
