In the left picture, she's a teen. In the right one she's a grown up woman whose lost the baby fat. All her facial features look the same. They're more defined now because she's lost a lot of weight in the last few years. While it's positive to acknowledge the prevalence of plastic surgery in Hollywood to maintain healthy beauty standards, it's extremely toxic to make assumptions about people just because they're beautiful and you insist on proving a naturally good looking person to be fake because you want to prove a point.

I never noticed how small her nose was before. I'm not trying to insult her looks or anything, that just caught my attention.
