Cats In Town

Many of these cats seem not to be stray, but chilling outside their owner's house, in their yard, or on the owner's car. Some of them are even taken with the cat being indoors. Many of them a photographed next to shelters and food bowls. One has been to the vet recently. All of them look well fed and only one is obviously sick (the fourth one). Most of them could have owners and simply be wandering around doing what cats do.
