My cat, Tiger, has inspired me in many ways. She motivates me to be lazy, as well as encouraging me to swipe at random objects and clean myself daily (I opt for a shower rather than licking myself... thankfully). She is also the inspiration behind a variety of cat cartoons. These are a few that I've created over the past decade. I've even managed to publish a book of them (you can see it below), which was approved by Jim Davis himself (the creator of Garfield). Check out my social media pages if you want to see more of my works. Enjoy!

Fun fact: The term "raining cats and dogs" comes from when people had thatched roofs and animals would sleep up in it. When it rained too hard, they would end up falling through the roof and into the house!

Mine would be in the branches going for the shiny balls. Or killing the train.

I have a picture (somewhere) of McGyver upside down, trying to get the koi through the front of the fish tank because the top was sealed.

People declawing their cats are inconsiderate monsters :(

Declawing is cruel.and unnecessary. Ever hear of scratching posts? Fortunately, it is being outlawed.

I was so happy when declawing became illegal here. When I was little, my aunt declawed her cat for health reasons (she had a compromised immune system due to a lung transplant) and I think she regretted the pain and mutilation she'd caused her cat more than anything in her entire life.

I once had to explain the process to a lady who came to adopt, she wanted a declawed cat. "Okay, ma'am, look down at your own hand, now imagine you have gone for a manicure and they cut right down to the first joint on your finger, that in a nutshell is declawing". She cried.

That's exactly what it is! My cat uses her claws like fingers. Can't imagine anyone wanting to take those precious lil things off.
