Located on Rue Monot in close proximity to both the Digital District and Art District in Saifi Village, Candyfornia Café is the first Kawaii-style coffee shop and eatery that boasts a “candy-colored” design aesthetic strangely coexisting with traditional Lebanese interiors and cool LA vibes. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you have been instantly transferred to Tokyo, Palm Springs, LA or Miami. That’s not the good part yet – Candyfornia Café also hosts a concept store, a print shop, design and photography amenities, a small lounge, and rooms for meetings, private lunches or special events.

“The whole purpose was to create a café experience like no other in the city,” said creators Ryan Houssari and Andrew Atamian. “It’s a happy place filled with positive vibes and great food. Every corner is Insta-worthy.”

The space is famously known as a design and photography studio. “In coffee culture, people tend to go to a café and turn it into their workspace. This IS a workspace that we turned into a café.” With communal tables spread everywhere, it is clear that Candyfornia Café will instantly become the melting pot for like-minded people with a shared love for a good cup of coffee and unicorns. Top that with everyday-freshly baked goods, gourmet sandwiches, healthy salads and smoothies, and you got yourself a very “chill” zone that entirely removes you from the hustle and bustle of the city. Oh did we mention there is a pink pool? Get your Instagram game ready.
