When talking about clothes with animal print, you may initially think leopard, cheetah, or perhaps zebra. However, this designer takes animal print to another level with her stunning butterfly dresses. It’s not only the print - the fabrics and designs look straight from a fairytale, as if the women wearing these dresses are about to fly away.

Bibian Blue, the creator of these dresses, says butterflies have always been an inspiration of hers: “Actually, I have 2 big ones tattooed, and I always love to have them as accessories as well as home decorations.

It was this collection back in 2012 called Crystal Flowers, inspired by art nouveau, fairies, and Tiffany lamps. I think they were in my subcontinent forever as I love vintage fairy dresses. I started working with digital printing a lot, I just loved to make my own fabrics, so for that collection, we just did this panel with different monarch wings in different colours and sizes, but did not have the designs clear yet -  just wanted lots of wings to see what they would look like.

I just loved how they turned out and also people and clients did… They became so popular and they are our best-sellers since then… We've already done 4 capsule butterfly collections so far with lots of different butterfly and moth prints.”

Gorgeous! And i love how the mesh batting is set to move around your legs when you sit down, so it doesn't make your legs itch or the front of your legs look thickened.

I love how this one isn't a dress! (Even though I'd wear any of these)
