Sister Was So Horrified By This Bride’s List Of Demands She Shared Them With The Internet
I don’t know what it is about weddings, but they can really bring out the worst in people. Yeah, we get it, it’s a big day for you. But what makes you think that your family and friends are willing to sacrifice huge amounts of time and money to meet your exacting demands?
Following on from this bizarre list of expectations, and this bride who expected guests to foot the bill for her ‘blow out’ wedding, we have a new queen of the bridezillas. Shared in the JUSTNOFAMILY subreddit by user Suicides_and_sundaes, this tale of her sister’s delusional entitlement is jaw-dropping in its audacity.
The bridezilla graciously opened up her bridal party to a ‘brawl,’ obviously anticipating a fight to the death for the ‘honor’ of being invited. Not only that but the rules for this brawl are astonishingly strict. She shared a list of demands to be met that even extends to a legally binding contract, guaranteeing that this greedy bride gets all the cash she wants out of everyone.
I don’t know about you, but if I received something like this from anyone I would swiftly tell them to stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. Weddings are supposed to be a celebration of love, a joyful gathering of the people nearest and dearest to you, not a competition or a cash cow to be milked. Scroll down to see this latest incarnation of the bridezilla from hell, and let us know what you think in the comments! (Facebook cover image: istockphoto / ViktorCap)
This reddit user recently shared a ‘bridezilla’ story, about her sister who isn’t even engaged yet
These are the requirements to be in the bridal party
People were shocked by the demands and quickly raised some questions, so OP further explained the situation

I am so glad I have never known, nor will I ever know, people like that....
They have to sign a legal contract that hold them responsible? If they break it they must reimburse them for suffering??
They haven't put any monetary value against that so perhaps people can throw a few coins at them really, really hard.

You also should consider the fact that most texters are of the "faster is better" mentality, and since adding the extra apostrophe may take switching to another view - and back - many may be inclined to just spell it wrong, knowing that the context will make their meaning obvious.
Load More Replies...I love love the last idea of buying $500 of horse manure and dumping it on their lawn THEN the "day of" gift would be like a day of volunteer work in a stable or maybe a soup kitchen to show them just how s****y they are... not that it would actually get used but atill
I love that too..but It even says it must be cash/check of at least 500$!

Hahahaha. That last comment was the funniest of all. Something that I would do as well
Load More Replies...Bridesmaids go through this c**p without a written contract. It is very hard to say no when a friend asks you to be a bridesmaid and then it could be $2000+ to essentially be her friend. It's just not put out there ahead of time.
I have been a bridesmaid once and refuse to do it again. As an introvert it is pure hell. I have had to say no twice to friends....luckily they know me and are very understanding.
Load More Replies...There's a simple answer to an invitation like this - "thanks, but no thanks."
